Raven joins the call, takes the notes, and keeps a list of who promised what. When there’s a ticket or a Slack message to send, it writes the draft and you hit approve.
The first two meetings are free. Raven is visible in every call.
Connect Google Calendar and Raven shows up to every meeting with a Meet link, a minute early. It sits in the call as a participant with its own tile, leaves when everyone does, and has the notes ready before you’re back at your desk.

If we don’t cap ingest before they’re on it, one bad import takes everyone down. I’d rather slip a week.Play 0:14

Rate-limit the ingest endpoint before pilot traffic
Dev took it for Thursday, because of what Priya said at 22:07
Every note carries a name and a time, and clicking one plays that part of the recording right there, so you never have to take a summary on faith.
Raven remembers every call, not just the last one. Ask what was decided, who took what, or how a plan changed, and the answer names the person and the time.

It moved to the 14th. Anya proposed the 7th at the kickoff, but Priya wanted the ingest rate limit in first and the room agreed to slip a week. Dev confirmed Thursday for the rate-limit work at the following standup, and nothing since has reopened the date.
Thursday. I’ll have the limiter behind a flag by then, and we can turn it on before they start.
The category has spent two years apologising for meeting bots. Raven is one, on purpose, and the rules it follows are the ones you’d want a person in the room to follow.
